Managing the TP documentation department specializing in US shipments, including managing tasks such as declaring AMS/ISF/ACI and E-MNF, Pre-alert (Shipping Advice), ensuring correct and fully documents, limited loss maximum.
Manager the department of 20+ including training, coaching, and encourage team member for work efficiently.
Overseeing and evaluating operation staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Ensure all staff and positions have job descriptions, clear expectations and are working with structured development plans
Map and understand department process flow, set up working procedure for team, clear process between different departments and collaboration for better results.
Leading and monitoring the daily activities of operation operations.
Develop tools to manage quality operation level consistency, to meet company's growing demands and needs in business line.
Support other Departments and establish good working relationships
Other arising tasks assigned by Board of Director).
Be responsible for all processing of TP Docs Team.
Update all import/export laws, rules, regulations, tax provisions, etc.
Be responsible for dealing with problems.

Probation: 2 months
Working time ( 5 days/week): Monday to Friday: From 08h00 to 17h30

Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade; Logistics
At least 5 year experienced working for LOGISTICS FORWARDER TPS TRADE, ESPECIALLY EXPORT USA TRADE
Having experience in USA, CANADA documentation, both nominated & freehand shipments is an advantage
Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working.
Persuasive speaking, willingness to improve are the top customer service attributes a representative needs
Good at communication Skills (Negotiation & Convincible Skills
Good command of English (both verbal & written)
