Depend on experiences, can be assistant sale or main handle develop individual account strategies supporting company goals and objectives; analyze/solve customer business issues and present meaningful recommendations/solutions.
Identify new potential customers and approach them with our offering. Responsible for improvement of customer revenue, volume and gross.
Responsible for the development and management of a robust and realistic new business pipeline.
Work closely with the distributor sales team to expand our go-to-market options for our commercial product lines
Attend Suppliers’ technical training as deemed appropriate, maintain supplier relationships.
Work with Marketing and sales team to develop/implement sales strategies as well as initiatives that maximize volume growth
Work closely with operations, supply chain and customer service to ensure that ship dates and other key performance criteria are met
Work with the team to forecast sales and inventory/production requirements in an effort to serve customers effectively
On-site meetings with existing customers and prospects, targeting key accounts/prospects
Develop sales documents tailored to customer and market needs based on original documents with accurate and reliable information.

Working with experts from many countries around the world in the field of cosmetics and cosmeceuticals
Participate in specialized training courses and develop job skills
Get weekly advice and support from the mentors in the process of achieving business goals
Have favorable conditions for career development according to individual talents
Fixed salary by agreement + sales commission + 13th month salary + annual health check
