Mô tả công việc

1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
● Plan and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
● Take ownership of the end to end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding to ensure the best candidate experiences and effective placement of talents.
● Manage the process efficiently and be able to set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
● Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships.
● Develop candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs.
● Maintain an accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system.

2. HR Management (20%)
● Be an active member of the HR team, sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and work plans with management.
● Demonstrate maturity in handling sensitive information and documents.
● Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
● Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, off-boarding process, collecting personal documents.
● Conducting performance and salary reviews.
● Work with BOD to develop policies clearly and ensure policy awareness.
● Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
● Maintain employee and workplace privacy.

3. Employer Branding (10%)
● Oversees all the company's employment branding strategies
● Plans, establishes and oversees the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
● Is charged with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Have 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition (either in-house or agencies).
● In-depth knowledge of the project development team and technical terminology.
● A quick and driven learner, a strong communicator (both orally and in writing), action-oriented and committed to perfection.
● Outstanding networking and communication skills with a warm touch, good time management and organizational skill.
● Have good recruiting skills, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, questioning, evaluating and caring skills.
● Good negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
● Intermediate or higher graduation
● “Can-do” attitude.
● Good English skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
● Experience in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement.
● Ability to organize Internal Activities.
